Supes Want Competitive Bidding for Dulles Rail

Saying that the current contractors have stripped crucial features from the plan but kept excessive profits in it, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors yesterday asked the state to consider competitive bidding for the construction of a Metrorail extension through Tysons Corner.
