Mayor Stephen J. DeBenedittis said he is satisfied that the number of official documents that the town translates into Spanish is not unreasonable.

Herndon town council member William B. Tirrell Sr. has proposed that the town's government print all official documents only in English, saying that the move would encourage Hispanic immigrants to learn the language. Read about it here.
