Homeless Face More Dangers Than Cold

The murder of David Feliz last week is illustrative of one of the dangers homeless people face in addition to the obvious ones that come with their lack of regular shelter. Nationwide, nearly 170 homeless people have been killed in the last six years. Here is the article from this morning's newspaper.
