Sediment produced by construction projects and deposited in Cameron Run by decades of storm runoff was the primary culprit in the flooding that caused an estimated $10 million dollars in damage to homes in the Huntington neighborhood last June. Today's Metro section has the news on a study of the disaster by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
