Travel Habits under Scrutiny to Combat Congestion
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is planning to survey 10,000 randomly selected area households to get a deeper look at how we organize our travel. The goal is to better determine how best to combat congestion on the region's roads. The Fairfax Extra has the story.
