Study Projects Fairfax Worker Shortage

An analysis of Fairfax County's projected job-growth over the next 25 years forecasts that by 2030 the number of jobs will have grown by 89 percent, while the population will have grown by 44 percent. The news that a large portion of the local work force will likely need to be imported from other jurisdictions is adding to the concern about our crowded roads and expensive housing.
