Fairfax's Last Commercial Waterman to Retire

Marvin Louis Harley, seemingly the last of the commercial watermen from Fairfax County to derive his livelihood from the waters of the Potomac River, will retire later this summer, writing the last on a page in local history. The story was in yesterday's Metro section.
