Parks Set Geocaching Guidelines

The Fairfax County Park Authority has drawn up some suggestions for how to participate in the increasingly popular version of the scavenger hunt -- which uses global positioning technology -- without running afoul of park authority rules. Read about it in today's Fairfax Extra.
