Boarding House Operator Jailed For Contempt

Rosita Lim Ong Chang, 66 was arrested Friday and sent to jail for contempt of court for failing to obey a judge who cited her four years ago for illegally boarding tenants in her single-family home near George Mason University. Chang is the first person arrested for such an offense since the county stepped up its enforcement of zoning codes. Read about it in today's Metro section.
