Church Property At Stake In Trial

The fate of the churches and property at Truro Church in Fairfax and the Falls Church will be determined in two trials, the first of which begins today. The courts will determine whether the property will remain with the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia or with the congregations themselves which have broken away from the established church over the issue of whether gay and lesbians should be fully accepted.
