Pedestrian Safety and Street Smarts

New data shows that pedestrian deaths account for about 25% of the region's traffic fatalities. Local public safety officials are responding with a multi-pronged enforcement and education campaign aimed at pedestrians, motorists and cyclists. Today's Fairfax Extra has the story.
