Fandom 2.0: A Quiz
As some of you all may have noticed, we had the first baseball game of the season last night in D.C. In other words, baseball fans here are now officially free to spend way too much time on the Web following the sport--a habit I indulged in myself after last night's win, being a little too keyed up to hit the sack right away.
So now it's time for a quiz: Which of the following things have you done after a victory by your team?
* Read the "we won :)" threads on your own team's message boards in a fit of glee;
* Read the "we lost :(" threads on the other team's message board in a fit of schadenfreude;
* Read the first recap of the game you could find on your local paper/ESPN.com/some other site;
* Checked your RSS feed for post-game commentary on any of the 8 different fan blogs you read;
* Read commentary about the game at a third team's message board;
* Read the rewrite of the game recap for any quotes by the players;
* Look at the game photos people have posted on Flickr;
* Checked on YouTube for video of the winning play;
* Re-checked your RSS feed for post-game commentary on any of the 8 different fan blogs you read.
I myself have... well, actually, I don't want to get into that. It's going to be a long season, isn't it?
