TSA 'no fly list' includes an 8-year old boy
Many have written about mixups with the government's secret "no fly" terror watch, a compilation that once included Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.).
It also apparently includes Mikey Hicks, 8, who appeared on CBS's "Early Show" on Friday to share his story.
"When I'm at the airport, these guys, make me, Homeland Security, they make me like go to the side with my dad," Hicks said. "Then they have to pat us down."
"My mom thinks that some terrorist has the same name as me and my dad," said Hicks, who shares his name with his father.
TSA told CBS they're working with the airlines to develop a plan that will eventually allow the Hicks to give their date of birth and get easier clearance through security checkpoints. Hicks mom didn't seem too pleased, preferring they have that capability sooner.
