Explaining the Census sales strategy

U.S. Census Bureau Spokesman Stephen Buckner explained his agency's advertising strategy during an appearance on CNBC's "Power Lunch" on Monday. The "Lunch" crowd especially wanted to know whether recent Super Bowl and NASCAR sponsorships are the best use of Census dollars.
