In short, no. But the answers given Thursday at a House Administration Committee hearing by Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia ("My wife calls me 'Mr. Clueless.'") and Stephen Breyer (who used it to monitor the recent Iranian protests) are worth watching. (Video by @cspan)
