Sebelius gives Trinity freshmen some tips

Usually colleges wait until graduation ceremonies to bring in a big-name speaker. But frankly, the very beginning of college is really when students need the most inspiration and advice.
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius stopped by freshmen orientation at Trinity Washington University in D.C. on Tuesday to talk with the Class of 2014.
Sebelius told students about the massive changes sweeping through health care and the need for more health-are professionals -- but she also gave them some practical advice about staying healthy amidst the stress of college, according to a university news release.
Her advice was simple: Get enough sleep, try to eliminate stress, study regularly, exercise every day and eat a healthier diet.
Sebelius graduated from Trinity in 1970, and she also reflected on her college experience and told the 300-some freshmen to prepare for a life-changing experience. While a student, she was a member of the basketball team (and recently challenged President Obama to a game during an appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno").

Putting her name in bold doesn't do much to make her a big name. You're talking about DC. EVERYONE is a big name.
