USDA office to open again on Wednesday

By Ed O'Keefe

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service in Riverdale closed Tuesday after a small electrical fire at the site over the weekend. Damage was not significant, but officials had to inspect some damaged telecommunications equipment.
