At what point in time, do we ask ourselves:
does the Black Caucus, Black History month,
MLK day, black universities/colleges,etc.
actually hurt blacks.
At what point in time, do we ask ourselves,
have the liberal entitlements the past 40 years or longer, have they been effective?
Other minorities, Vietnamese, for exampled have successfully assimilated in this country without the entitlement programs,
without their own caucus, without their own Month, etc.
