Federal Budget 2012: Where does money go? (Video)

Mrs. Eye -- the wife of The Federal Eye and the smarter half of the marriage -- spotted a "World News with Diane Sawyer" report on Monday evening that uses a neat visual gimmick to demonstrate the size and scope of President Obama's proposed 2012 budget.

Watch above (or here) as the great Jonathan Karl uses pennies to describe the numbers behind the big (or maybe not so big?) proposals.
