Motorcades Done For Day

Pope Benedict XVI has arrived at the Vatican Embassy on Observatory Circle, and that's it for his travels today.

However, Massachusetts Avenue is one one lane each way in the vicinity of the circle and it's best to avoid that area through Friday morning, when the pope leaves for New York.
