Mont Co Police should have had crusiers and or motorcylce officers stationed at the emergency turnaround spots on the Beltway....for example West of the Old Georgetown Road Exit.

This was another accident that luckily did not happen...

Some idiot coming east at 80+ mph almost rammed into me as I made the u turn headed east...yes you..You are a idiot slow down!

RFC, you're the idiot, making a U-turn on an interstate median when you're not authorized to do so! Bama! I hope you crash!

So, RFC, you made an illegal U-Turn and are surprised that oncoming traffic in the LEFT lane of the Beltway is going 80 mph?

Maybe you need to learn to judge oncoming traffic a little better before making illegal maneuvers. You're the idiot!

RFC should be dead, splattered across the road and eaten by pigeons
