Reopening of 395 Lanes Delayed Slightly

Arlington police report that the reopening of the I-395 lanes has been delayed till about 11:15 a.m. because of the ceremony dedicating the Pentagon Memorial.

The HOV lanes are open southbound now. The regular lanes on 395 will reopen after President Bush leaves the dedication.
