What was going on in Woodley Park on Conn Ave last night around 7pm? Roads near the Rock Creek Parkway were blocked off, it appeared as if something was happening at the Wardman Marriott, but it made a royal mess of the area for those of us who needed to get through that stretch of road. (Some of us actually live here, and couldn't get out of our own neighborhood for 30 minutes!)
