At Metro Center, an Officer's Alert Moment
Why did a police officer grab hold of a grade-school-aged child on board a train departing Metro Center this evening?
Because he was leaving without his family. "Get that child off the train," he cried before snatching the boy to safety.
Nice catch.

We've heard some less than flattering things about officers today (purple gate anyone?). Glad this officer was on the spot and alert.
