Audio: Debating the Purple Line Proposal

Two local officials join columnist Marc Fisher today for a discussion on the prospects for the rail project.

Guests Kathy Strom, mayor of the town of Chevy Chase, and George Leventhal, a Montgomery County Council member, take opposing views on the proposed routes for the line and the options of light rail versus bus transit.
