Metro Going Free?
Too many crowds exiting at Judiciary Square station on the Red Line.
"Take your time and walk through," the station attendants are saying.
"We'll take care of it later."
But even the few getting on at the station are waved through without having to pay.
"We just want you to exit," an attendent says. "Walk right on through."
