Metro Staff Limiting Station Access
Metro officials say they are preventing some people from entering some crowded downtown stations in an attempt to limit crowding on the platforms.
Some riders are apparently using twitter to communicate that these stations are closed because of this, but Metro says no further stations -- apart from Federal Triange, as previously reported -- have been closed this afternoon.
Still, long lines at crowded stations continue.
