More Abrupt Exit Than Expected: Official
Authorities were suprised by how quickly inauguration watchers left the city after the ceremony, according to the District's City Administrator Dan Tangherlini.
But authorities were dealing well with the challenge, Tangherlini said, though they had expected a "more staggered exit" process.
"People were just getting out because they were cold," said Tangherlini.

No wonder the bleachers along the parade route are empty. The parade is just now starting at 4:45, over 2 hours past when it was suppose to have started......
