Morning Temporary Road Closures
Expect closures on Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues in Northwest this morning between 7:30 and 11 a.m. because of the National Prayer Service, scheduled for 9 a.m. at the National Cathedral.
The closure of Pennsylvania Ave. between 3rd and 14th Sts. NW was to have ended around 7 a.m. to accomodate the removal of security barriers.
Most other roads in the District closed for the inauguration should be open again now.
