Roads Beginning to Jam Up
Virginia traffic officials say I-95 North traffic beginning to tie up at Springfield Mixing Bowl at the Capital Beltway. Maryland reports I-95 heavy approaching the Beltway split. Major delays on Beltway near the Greenbelt Metro station. Traffic approaching all Metro stations in Maryland reported heavy. I-66 backed up getting into Vienna Metro.
