Several Area Interstates Closed

Large crowds of walkers heading out of the District on the Roosevelt and 14th St. Bridges have led to the closures of I-395 South and I-66 West, the Virginia State Police told InsideNova.

The roads are closed temporarily until the walkers can be cleared.

They're not closed, they're closed to personal cars only.
