VRE Manager Holding Online Discussion
Dale Zehner, the CEO of the Virginia Railway Express, plans to have an online chat with riders at noon today on the VRE Web site. VRE says he will answer questions about the new fares, new schedules, the Inauguration Day train service and any other service issues.
