Watch Those Idling Buses

I know that police will have a lot to do on Inauguration Day, but I hope they can pay some attention to how long all those bus drivers keep their engines idling after they drop off passengers heading for the Mall and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The District has a law banning buses from idling more than three minutes. We'll have hundreds of buses in town on Tuesday.
