Fenty to Update on D.C. Response
District Mayor Adrian Fenty and others from the city's "snow team" -- including DDOT Acting Director Gabe Klein and DPW Director William Howland -- is scheduled to offer an update on the city's snow response at a 10:30 a.m. press conference.

DC really failed this one. Lifting the snow emergency order last night was improdent - my bus had to swing around parked cars on Connecticut Ave this morning. And as of 7:10 am, Connecticut was not plowed; other streets were even less touched.
