Online Discussions About Transit
Virginia Railway Express will have an online chat at noon today on the VRE Web site. The CEO, Dale Zehner; CSX's Assistant Vice President Public-Private Partnerships, Jay Westbrook; and CSX's Regional Vice President for State Relations, Bob Sullivan, will be answering questions. At noon Friday, Metro General Manager John B. Catoe Jr. will address questions and comments about the transit system on Metro's Web site. Use this link to post a question or comment. (If you're concerned about what services Metro might cut, or what fees it might consider raising, to balance its upcoming budget, watch for news out of Thursday morning's Metro Board meeting. For all of you who love to post this comment when there's a Metro issue.....Ahhhh, I was able to read and listen to my iPod without any issues on the Metro.
