Commuter Alert: 23rd Street Closed Between Constitution Ave. and C St.
A stretch of 23rd St. between Constitution Ave. and C St. in N.W. is closed because of a Greenpeace protest, according to WTOP. Protesters have occupied a large construction crane in the area and have unfurled a banner to call attention to global warming.
