I was on a train that had to be off-loaded at Virginia Square because of this. We were sent to the other platform, which was so crowded not everyone was allowed to leave the mezzanine. After a relatively brief wait - no longer than 10 minutes - we were told to reboard our original train. Before more than a few dozen people could cross back over to the original platform and board the EMPTY train, the doors closed and the train pulled off, leaving several HUNDRED passengers to try to squeeze onto the already-packed trains that followed. WHAT THE ****?!?
