Camden Line to Operate as Usual After Accident
Update, 1:33 p.m.: Officials say the person hit by the train was a boy.
Update, 12:30 p.m.: The MARC Camden Line will be operating as scheduled this afternoon.
Original post, 8:54 a.m.: MARC Camden Line service is suspended after a CSX train struck a pedestrian on the line, according to MARC. MARC suggests taking Penn line service. MARC will be providing alternate bus service from Dorsey, Savage and Laurel stations to Greenbelt. WMATA Metro Green line is honoring MARC tickets from Greenbelt, then the B-30 bus to BWI and Light Rail to Baltimore.

Yes, the Camden line goes to Camden Yards. You can walk to the Inner Harbor from Camden Yards. It leaves from Union Station.

However, keep in mind the times for the last trains out of both Camden (Baltimore) and Union Station (DC). Also, if you are looking to catch an Orioles game, Maryland Transit Administration(MTA) does not provide transporation back to any train station - I'd recommend looking at the MTA website - http://www.mtamaryland.com/

I haven't done it since college, but I thought MTA provided a shuttle bus back from Camden Yards to Greenbelt metro for those who took the MARC up to the game. Last time I did this was probably about 3 or 4 years ago so maybe they don't do this anymore.

MTA does not offer a bus anymore do to the new regulations imposed on bus operators. You can take the light rail to Penn Station and maybe catch a Penn Line back depending on the time - or an Amtrak.

You could also take the Light Rail to BWI and catch the B30 Metro Bus to the Greenbelt Metro station. Just be sure to take the correct Light Rail and check the times for the last rail, bus, and subway.
