D.C. Service Could Create Delays This Evening
A memorial service at the D.C. Armory for one of the victims of last week's Metro train crash, Maj. Gen. David F. Wherley Jr., could cause gridlock on nearby streets. No street closures are planned, but heavy pedestrian traffic could cause delays between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.
