Traffic Flow Normal Into Washington
The traffic disruptions that accompanied the police investigation into the Wednesday afternoon shootings at the Holocaust Museum have ended. Traffic into the District on the 14th Street Bridge and nearby roadways is moving normally this morning. The main problem so far is the fog.

Not entirely . . . Independence/Tidal basin wasn't in great shape this morning because cops were blocking various lanes near the memorial. Unclear why, since the police tape was gone and the tv crews were located out of the way.
