Witness: Passengers Banged On Windows

Jervis Bryant lives near the site of the crash at New Hampshire and Oglethorpe NE. He was home and heard a boom. So he walked over to the site.

"The folks were beating on the windows, trying to get out," he said. "I saw some of them on their cell phones. You can tell they didn't know what was going on, but they knew something had happened. They were just scared."
