Coming Up: Live Chat With AAA Representative
As another three-day summer holiday weekend approaches, John Townsend, manager of Public and Government Affairs at AAA Mid-Atlantic will be online today at 1 p.m. ET to discuss travel on the roads and in the air. Plus, Virginia drivers will face a new law which bans sending or reading text messages and e-mails while driving. A dozen states and the District ban motorists from texting while they drive. Virginia's ban began yesterday and Maryland's takes effect Oct. 1. Townsend will explain.
