Lane Closures on Little River Turnpike

Fairfax County's Community Emergency Alert Network reports that two eastbound lanes of Little River Turnpike/Route 236 are closed between Old Columbia Pike and Lafayette Park Drive. One westbound lane is closed, due to a 12-inch water main burst on Little River Turnpike.

Work in the area is expected to last through the afternoon, according to Fairfax Water Authority spokeswoman Jeanne Bailey.
