Update: Overturned Vehicle on Outer Loop of Beltway Near 295 Cleared

UPDATE (4:03 p.m.): The accident has been cleared, according to Kellie Boulware of the Maryland State Highway Administration. The vehicle flipped off on the shoulder area. No injuries were reported.

ORIGINAL POST (3:29 p.m.): There is an overturned vehicle along the outer loop of the Capitol Beltway, just north of the exit for MD-295 (the Baltimore-Washington Parkway), according to Kellie Boulware of the Maryland State Highway Administration. Rescue crews are on their way to the scene, she said, and motorists should expect delays. Initial reports indicate that the car is near the shoulder area.
