Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel closing info is inaccurate. The westbound tunnel is closed, that is people leaving Norfolk, Virginia Beach cannot travel via the HRBT. All traffic is being re-routed to the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel.
