Traffic Alert: Backup on Northbound I-395
Update, 1:25 p.m.: Lanes appear to have been reopened, according to our traffic camera map.
Original post, 11:48 a.m.: Two lanes are closed on northbound I-395 just before the 14th Street Bridge because of a vehicle accident. One left lane is getting by. Traffic is slow from Washington Blvd.

Whoever is responsible for creating this web page needs to format it so the message is at the top of the page, instead of having to scroll down about two feet of blank screen. I'm sure 90% of viewers see the blank page and never think to scroll down. This happens with all of Dr. Gridlock blogs.
