Traffic Alert: Major Delays on Outer Loop at University Blvd.
A major accident involving four vehicles has created major delays on the Outer Loop of the Beltway at University Blvd. Delays begin before Rt. 1 in College Park. Southbound 95 slows from at Rt. 212 to the Beltway. The accident has been cleared from the road, but earlier it blocked three lanes.

What's happening on the outer loop at University? There was a major accident there yesterday with two lanes blocked at rush hour.
