I was about half a mile behind the accident. We were stuck there for 1.5 hours. Best way to pass the time: joining in the impromptu football game...

Traffic was really bad...backed up to the Rosslyn Tunnel on 66. Lee Highway was no better, and drivers were backing up down the on-ramp at Exit 72. I wish Arlington Police would ticket these drivers, or better yet, just force them to get back onto I-66. I bailed off Lee Highway and took Old Dominion to 123, it was fine once I got off Lee Highway.
