Traffic Alert: New Hampshire Ave. Reopened in Ashton, Md.
Updated 7:11 a.m.: The barricade situation is over and police have reopened New Hampshire Ave.
Police activity has shut down New Hampshire Ave. at Hwy. 108 in Ashton, Md. near the Montgomery County-Howard County line. News Channel 8 is reporting that a man has barricaded himself inside his house and is issuing threats.
