Commuter Alert: Eastbound Rt. 50 Closed at Meade Street
According to Arlington officials, eastbound Route 50 is closed at Meade Street, near the George Washington Parkway. The ramp from Meade Street to eastbound 50 is closed. Closures are expected to last a few hours.

I overheard a police officer saying that a police officer or cruiser was shot at and hit.

Has anyone heard what is going on down there? I live right there and it's a zoo, like 20 police cruisers, almost like they're at a crime scene. Did not see a wrecked vehicle.
